Please talk with your primary care provider and the Surgical Department about your needs. Together you can determine the most appropriate plan for your good health and recovery.
Pre-Op Procedure
If you’re scheduled for surgery, a surgery nurse will contact you. They will get your medical history, do a brief physical assessment and help you schedule any necessary lab work or other exams. In addition, the recovery room nurse will assist with the surgical pre-admission process and will keep in touch following the surgery to make sure your recovery is smooth.
